Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by phone or email at support[@]shop-prime to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include this number on your package, along with a prepaid return label, which allows you to send the item back without incurring additional charges.
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the product. The product may be returned either opened or unopened.
Return Process:

Contact our customer service to receive an RMA number.

Package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Attach the prepaid return label and send the item to our fulfillment center using one of the addresses listed below.
The returned product must arrive at our fulfillment center within thirty (30) days of receipt. Once the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
Refunds: Once the return is processed, the refund will be issued to your bank account. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your statement, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
